Do girls like guys who "look like girls"?

I consider myself a pretty guy. My skin is super smooth, I have light blond hair, big blue eyes, big eyelashes, and soft features, what could be considered feminine. I guess you could say I have a teen idol look, like Jesse McCartney or someone like him. Well, one of my guy friends said recently that he doesn't think I appeal to girls as much as I think because I look too pretty, and he says that girls don't like "pretty" to the extent I've gone. Well, I've recently found out that a lot of girls ***say*** they don't like that in a guy, so why then do girls notice me anywhere I go? :) The question is, is he right? I am quite masculine below the face, farly tall, broad shouldered, athletic. But is he right that not as many girls like that "pretty" look as I think. Honestly, I can't help my face, nor would I want to, I'm practically in love with my reflection. :) What do you girls think of all this? Do I sound hot or not? Be honest.

Yeah, you sound hot, according to the girl on my right. But then, boys "who look like girls" are only thought of as cute and dating objects, whereas boys who have that masculine look such as Zac Efron of High School Musical are thought of as atheltci and marriage object.





I think your features are somewhere between the Nordic and the Eurasian type, which is kind of cool nowadays.

I'm 5'8" or 5'9", I'm fit and muscular, long brown hair, blue eyes and I get asked out all the time by "macho" guys and I always turn them down. I'd much rather marry a guy who had feminine features rather than someone like Zac Efron. Report It

Reply:Honestly, if want to find girls who like guys who "look like girls" go to an anime convention. Seriously. Lots of girls who are anime fans like the whole androgynous look. I'm a fan of boys with long eyelashes, myself.


If you want to look a little more masculine, try growing stubble. Nothing too bad. But I think it makes most guys more masculine and sexy.

Reply:To be honest with you, I'm not a big fan of boys looking like girls but I like it if the have nice eyes and eyelashes, that can be cute but that's pretty much as far as I go.
