I known this girl since i started my new job 2 months ago she's sooo lush. Im shy around girls and have never had a girlfriend, im 21. Ive only ever snogged girls when out on the town n drunk. still a virgin. I want this girl so bad! Shall i buy her flowers or will she be embarassed or is it too cheesy! Ive been rejected when i ask girls out before, im nervous as i think it will make it awkward if she doesent want to go out with me! Sometimes i think im good-looking other times i think im ugly! I have thought some girls have liked me before, but no! im good at acting confident, i work in telesales!"! Shall i ask her out for dinner? or is that cheesy, i feel embarassed and shy! Its like saying 'i want sex with you' in a round about way! Shall i ask her bowling? we've had a few good chats(we laughed) and i think she likes me or does she just like me liking her? Ask her to dinner, tell her you would like to get to know her better. What is important is be yourself.


You said you have no issue with "acting" confident, but women don't like acts. They want the real thing. So just be yourself.


Just be cool and ask her if she would like to have dinner sometime.

Reply:One word of advice: never date your co-workers because if nothing happens, you may not want to face her; if it goes beyond dating and doesn't work, you won't want to face each other. In general, it is the one taboo in the working industry because it causes so much stress and lack of production.





Believe me, it's better to date outside the job, but if you need the learning experience, go right ahead. There is that 1% that may work out.
Reply:Since you're still uncomfortable, try just asking her to lunch first. Takes the pressure off of the 'date' situation. Then you can tell if you even really like this girl and would want to get to know her outside of work, or if you just want to sleep with her.
Reply:First off. Take a deep breath..hold it....now relax. Be sure but not cocky and approach her with confidence that is sexy and ask her if she would like to grab a bite for lunch one day. Lunch is short less formal, and less akward. Move from there. Good luck!
