Why are girls now called women? Better yet why are girls offended when guys refer to them as "girls"?

Its now derogatory or sexist to call a girl, "girl" now. You have to call them "women". You know how people used to say girls and guys.... that is not allowed now. Unless ur a woman. Women are the only people allowed to call each other "girls".


Girlfriend, girl power, girls nite out, girl this girl that....





But if a guy wanted to call a girl "girl" , u have to be very careful and check to make sure the "girl" in question is below 16 years old. Otherwise ur a..."bad" guy.

I am not offended by someone who wants to refer to me as a girl. As a 34 year old woman, I consider it a compliment.
