Do Girls want to be Approached?

So my universal question for today is do High School girls (single girls) really want to be approached by guys. I mean i look average, everyone know girls like to be approached by hot guys, but im not a hot guy im just average and there a few girls that i want to talk. But i get this feeling like they wouldn't want me to talk to them. Some of these girls are busy with work to do(since it is school). But i just can't picture a girl reacting positively to me approaching them. Plus im black and i go to a mostly all white school so most of the girls i want to approach are either white or puertorican. But what do you guys think?? Do girls really want to be appraoched by average looking guys??

Oh, definately. They do. It isn't always about looks, kiddo. They like personality better. So if you're a nice, funny, smart kid, they'll like you.

Just do not ask for a date straight away, try to strike up a general conversation, and look for signs of interest on her side:


-maintains eye contact,


-gives more than single-word answers


-doesn't look eager to leave.


If she's interested, good. If she isn't - move on and let her choke on her pride when ones that she likes will turn her down.
Reply:Actually I would just be happy someone approached me. Not trying to sound desperate but it shows he has gut to come and talk to me so I would give him his points even if he isn't "fine"
Reply:Well, thats a tough one. Just be brave and go up to someone and say hi. You never know where it will lead from there. Like my mom says, the worst that they can do is say no. If you dont get a relationship out of it, you might just get a friend, and you can never have too many of those.
