Girls' sense of humor?

hi, i'm a boy and i have a question about girls' sense of humor. there is one girl i want to get along with, and i get to talk to her sometimes, but i can never make her laugh at things i'm talking about. neither she can make me laugh at her stuffs!(of course I pretend they are really funny, but not really.) One time she was talking about one girl in american idol, and how this girl was telling her mom she was sucking her thumb and she was 26 years old. She was laughing and having so much fun, but I really did not understand why it's so funny. Well, so I need some help. yeah. I want to be a funny person to her and wanna see her laughing more often, but I just can't understand how girls' sense of humor works. Do you have any idea what I can do to understand how to make girls laugh? I don't have that much problem with guys. Only for girls. Plz help me.

i wanted this girl to laugh at my jokes, but everytime i deliveer a punchline, she just stares at me, batting her eyebrows and saying "you were saying?"





i studied every joke that made her laugh and what it contains. i figure she liked bloopers and seeing wrongs in people. so i made fun of something and, viola! she laughed for the first time, at my jokes!!!





some people have different funny bones. you just have to find where she's ticklish at..
Reply:ok guy,i could go on a long spheal about how if u have 2 work this hard 4 her shes not worth it,give it some time or there plenty of other fish in the sea.........blah blah blah. truth is,every girl has a different sense of personality,me? i make myself laugh so hard i fall over and everything is funny to me in the morning.but after i wake up almost nothing is funny and its rlly hard to get me to laugh. so the best idea is to figure out wut kind of personality she has and role w/ it.chances are she either doesnt get ur jokes or doesnt think ur funny(wait,those r the only choices!) thry something new,tell her a joke u found of this sight tha almost made u wet ur sefl,but laughter isnt everything.
Reply:don't make your face look like you expect a laugh from her and when she jokes say yeah haha but then switch the subject to something similar and say your jjokes with a kind of serious face its better because if she doesn;t laugh the you don't look as stupid =P
Reply:Every girl/women has a difference sense of humor. Humor isn't verything either. Find something else
Reply:humor isn't everything in a relationship. but if he wants to be funny, just try to make jokes that aren't disguisting or anything, but are slightly knee-slapping. I hope this helps.
Reply:Just relax and enjoy getting to know her.I imagine I'm a bit older that you and I can't always understand my boyfriend's sense of humour...once your friendship with this girl grows you will learn what makes her laugh and vice versa.
Reply:ack ur self and try to observe what she laughs at and ooo since im a tom boy i would under stand the things boy say 89% so i know how it is when u say some thing and the girly girl likes WHAT anyways go out there and get ur girl
