Girls confuse me.?

When I was about 15 I acted like a nice guy, . A date with a girl was just that, ONE DATE. They lost interest, or I would become their friend.

When I was about 16, my friend told me what I was doing wrong. So I changed how I acted, and became (for want of a better word) an asshole/jerk to girls and being arrogant. When I started doing that I was going out with several girls at the same time, always hooking up at parties and getting laid. Girls would chase ME. I see guys around me - what I used to be - a nice guy, never getting anywhere with girls.

I'm now 18. So I can go out clubbing, or to bars and the same act works with girls aged anywhere from 18 to 30.

Girls - don't say you want to date a nice guy. we both know its not true.

Girls confuse me.?
when i was that young they wouldnt date me because they thought of me being a goodie goodie or a momma's boy. im not sure where they got the momma's boy from really. now that im older things seemed to of changed. i havent changed the girls changed.
Reply:Its true i donno but the guy i like is an asshole and because of that i want him more.. but when you get into that age they like romantic guys
Reply:asshole/jerk = short relationships

niceguy = longer relationships
Reply:I dunno. I like nice guys that have an edge. Girls don't want to be treated like crap. Unless they have low self-esteem and those girls will just take it.

Have more respect for yourself, so you can respect others. I used to be the same way as you (although I'm female, and I wasn't an asshole, I was just probably too open about my sexuality).

Do you want someone to just give you booty? Is that what you want for yourself? Do you like being a prick?

There's a high demand for nice guys. There really is. You don't have to be a suck up, or whipped, or anything like that. But be curteous, more gentleman like, while being rough aroudn the edges. That's the most appealing.

By the way, nothing good comes out of club hook ups. Nothing substancial, anyway. Then again, it doesn't seem like you're looking for that. Good luck.
